Aproximatly every Decade New York City goes through a recreation process of another postindustrial area. This time it is the Waterfront of Brooklyn in Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Creatives came for the low prices, Hippness and high prices followed and then came the inevitable entry of hungry investors. Last week the City Hall had to decide for or against the Rezoning Plan. Community groups like the Brooklyn Warriors, Community Plan, FREEWilliamsburg and others fought against it but with litte success.
